Social Inclusion Services
CEPI Alcalá de Henares
The Center for the Participation and Integration of Immigrants (CEPI) in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) is a public service dependent on the Head Office for Integration of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Policy of the Community of Madrid.
CEPI conducts specific activities oriented to the integration of migrant persons. It facilitates their access to the labor market with the ultimate purpose of achieving social inclusion and fighting against poverty.
It is a Comprehensive Services Program that promotes the development of group and individual projects for the entire immigration community, regardless of their social and citizenship status, as well as for the autochthonous population, with a special focus on returned emigrants. We work closely with the Social Services and further citizenship services in actions aimed at encouraging participation, integration, awareness, harmonious co-living, cooperation, individual well-being, vulnerable indicators prevention, and the compensation of social support shortfall. In this pursuit, CEPI develops as many other actions with the population as considered appropriate to reinforce mutual respect, knowledge, and tolerance within the community, heading to the final goal of community wellbeing.
